Returns & Exchanges

At iFi audio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity listening experience; if you are not, you can return your product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the Support Portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your order number and reason for return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your iFi device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and power supplies are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technical team receives and inspects the unit, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
